Hey there!!! I have 30 minutes to make this post before sleep! Yeay! I've finished translate this article a couple days ago, but had no chance to post it. >.< This article is interesting! Nino told the reason why he cheated. ^^ Enjoy~

Ninomiya-san achieved an excellence result by keeping his top position for being No.2 in previous time and this time [Mannequin Five Special].

“Ah, about me buying a whole mannequin coordination, right. It was the 5th Special, you know! It’s not easy to think up and bring the story into coordination (lol). I didn’t cheat last time but ended up at no. 2. I felt like I was doing something boring at that time. That’s why I didn’t bother being no. 4 or 5 as long as I didn’t rank in the middle, at no. 3 (lol)."

I see! Speaking about ranking, it’s the first time for Aiba being no. 5.

“It was like what we expected before. But at this 5th time, I think everyone thought a lot before made a decision. Everyone would think that it might be Aiba-chan who coordinated the clothes like that so they could enjoy it, but the result showed that they ended up choosing me (lol). That’s good!"

M : That’s right. I met him at that time, the leading actor of 9 pm Monday drama (Kagi no Kakatta Heya). There are 4 studios in the same floor at Fuji TV studio building. I also met the Riddle prince... and I got a candle from him.(lol)

N : I think it’ll happen since there’s no romance story for 6 months since Lucky Seven.

S : How about you Aiba-san?

M : For example “Nya~”

A : I don’t say “Nya~”. But my character is always exciting from the beginning to the end. The type who will say “It’s hard to solve it for You!”.

S : He’s a bad guy.

A : He really is. He has acrophobia and gynophobia and then he is the type of detective who can’t suspect people.

M : Ah... He is detective? So... it’s comedy?

A : It’s a comedy. So... I feel like people around me solve it for me.

TV Navi 2012.06 - A.R.A Shot Nino

A congratulation Post!!! Yeay!!! Yeay!!! Congratulations for Arashi being ranked first in "Power Talent Ranking" 2012 by Nikkei Entertainment. ^0^

 

Without think it over We did it naturally.

I just finished record the first episode of the new corner, [Arashi Share House]. We planned to bring this corner with loosen feeling, but apparently we didn’t really think how to create that feeling. In the end we just did it naturally. Ueto-chan who visited this time share house and and Matsujun cooked together, we ate it and did many things. Though I just watched over them. Cooking is not about doing it, but it’s something that you could do if you thought to do it (lol). It’s just the first episode, you know... If we did recording for several times, wouldn’t something new could be created. I believe that there will be something different depends on the guest, so I’m looking forward to the next recording. Do you think the guest house is interesting? Ahh... you think that way. I wonder how it is (lol).

Beside this new corner, we are releasing new single [Face down] and Live DVD [ARASHI LIVE TOUR Beautiful World] too. Basically [Face down] is an easy song to sing. First I’d like to have you watch Ohno-san’s dorama. And then you will go with the flow. So please listen to the song while matching with the dorama. We always do concert as a yearly event so it will be good if we have too this year.

Movie, [Platina Data] is in the middle of shooting. We did it with the team in the middle of launching of this movie. At that time Sakura was blooming and we had a party in the studio, but I drank a lot without enjoyed looking at sakura (lol). But the sakura was really pretty.

Arashi Mail - TV Guide 2012.03.10

Hisashiburiiiiiiiiii~ Hey May!!! Mayday! Mayday! XDDDDD RL is really tired... but I'm doing something new!!!! It's really Fun! Golden Week starts tomorrow in Japan... but seems Arashi doesn't have any Special program >.< But I'm looking forward to MS, face down performance! Can't resist their PV in black tight pants!! Nino is sooooo smexy!!!!! So... enjoy this short article coz Nino was so coool in PV.

 

Any ride was really amazing! Though I didn’t get any on it (lol).

 Honestly I didn’t ride in any thrill rides, so my role was guiding the guest, Kanjiya-san and Jun-kun to experience the best 10 thrill rides in Fuji-Q land.

When they were getting on the ride, I was enjoying the recommended meals by Fuji-Q land’s staff. That’s why in the end I didn’t get on anything, but I went to Fuji-Q (lol). Kanjiya-san looked enjoy the rollercoaster but Jun-kun in the end said “Ah... enough!”, it must be really frightening. And he also said “It was cold!”. As we thought, the wind was cold... though I didn’t ride in it (lol). There are many thrill rides there, but to me the scariest among them was “Ee..jyanaika”. I have no idea how that machine moved. Among the thrill rides, it’s ranked no.2 in the world, right? “It was the real one!” told Jun-kun (lol). Everyone looked enjoy it, I was amazed. They rode in many thrill rides. They were amazing! Hmm... Though I didn’t ride in any (lol).

It’s been decided that the theme for [Mannequin Must Item] is Pink. Is there any pink item around you?

Pink... no! Of course no... It’s pink, isn’t?

My game player is color red and my wallet is black. Speaking about things around me, they are basically white. Like the wall and home appliances. It’s white... the most of them. Unfortunately I don’t have any pink item.

Jhonny’s reunion with Ikuta Toma Aniki

OHNO X NINOMIYA

TL : It was a reunion talk with Ikuta Toma as the Aniki, was there any memories that you were all recalled?

N : For me, I didn’t really get combined together with Toma.

TL : But both of you co-starred together in a stage play (Stand By Me), right?

N : It was when we were around 13, 14 years old. We came to the stage location, acted, and when it was over we went home. Our house direction was also different so that’s why we didn’t really get together. That’s why what Toma remembers about me just about how hurt my poke in his forehead was.

O : The result of squeezing is poking in forehead. (lol)

N : My poking was not that hurt at first (lol).

TL : Was it something new for you co-starring together in Maou?

O : I didn’t really talk to him.

N : Was it because your opposition role?

O : Yes.

O : Toma was a serious person.

O : That’s right (lol). But, the atmosphere was different. That’s why when our scene was finished we could be frank and opened to each other. It was like... finally we could talk like a usual.

TL : We are interested in Ikuta Toma’s story about the the episode of Jhonny’s Jr legend, Ohno-san. What do you remember about it, Ninomiya-san?

N : Of course there is. He was a star!

O : It’s not like that (lol).

TL : It’s as we already thought.

N : The interesting is even myself can’t let it off. That’s because Ohno-san was a star. I’ll say one more, because Ohno-san WAS a star!

O : It’s a past tense! It’s different now?

N : Yes it is (lol). But, you were really a star at junior time. You know, he hasn’t get scolded by the dancing teacher. His senior got scolded and also his junior. But he was the only one who didn’t get.

TL : What’s the reason?

N : He would stop if get scolded.

O : I won’t (lol)

N : But... wasn’t he amazing? They wouldn’t scold him because he would quit. Just because of that he stopped to quit. After all he was a star!

O : I wonder why they didn’t scold me...?

Terebi Weekly 2012.03.10 - Peaceful Wild

Hi there... I have a good news and a bad news.... Which one do you want to know first? Hmm... I tell the good news first! But I'm sure that you all already know about this... Mannequin SP!! Yeay! This is the 5th! and still... I can't predict who wear what... ^^ But I already voted my fav though their coordinations this time are not really good. And the bad news is... I'm afraid that there will no Kokuritsu for Arashi this year... T_T Laruku is scheduled there in May.... and the news said that Kokuritsu will be closed as the preparation for Olympic 2020. They don't give any confirmation yet...

 And here... Nino speaks about new single. I think lately he was in charge on promoting new single because of his opened schedule. XDD

PEACEFUL WILD

Arashi is releasing their long-waiting new single [Wild at Heart].

Among Arashi member, Ninomiya-san who is the farthest from “Wild”, clad in the atmosphere of “Mild”, and always stays in “Peace”, puts new song into thought.

Now, we asked him about what “The power of song” could do...

 

 

The wildest one is Matsujun & The most peaceful is Ohno Satoshi!?

Ninomiya is one of Arashi as National Presence. One year has passed since March 11th, have you ever thought about what you yourself could do like doing something entertaining or “Uta no Chikara (the power of song)”?

“Those things have been decided so actually I never thought about those again.  As the party that offering entertainment, I would do pleasurely what people who watch the entertainment seek so they could enjoy it. That’s why what I can do now is the same with what I’ve done until now. More than say this happened because of what had happened on March 11th, of course we always think about that disaster, but I think conversely isn’t the most important is doing everything as usual.”

“It would make me happy just looking at how intimate and fun their friendship” is what we often heard from the people who watch Arashi’s programs. We wanted to deliver that pleasure without any changing to everyone but you (Arashi) already have delivered it firmly. Then, related to Arashi’s songs, there are many of them that encourage people to move forward without any hesitation and it’s been said that this new song [Wild at heart] also is one of them.

“When the first time I heard this song, I thought “Ah~ with this kind of dorama’s tune, what a cheerful dorama!”. I watched the dorama so I felt that this song and the dorama was really matched, and moreover when recording, I sang this with good feeling. The lyric is really positive so I sang this song with the hope that the people who listens this song will feel cheerful. We sang using stand mic in PV and the set was a little Retro so it felt like a 70s era? Though I don’t understand how the 70s era was (lol).”

Because this life only happens once so let’s have an enjoyable life, tomorrow’s wind will blow tomorrow, that’s kind of feeling that the lyric has. Do you feel any empathy?

“How should I say... I never really thought about it (lol). I almost never think regarding to life (lol). I never thought how would I lead this life entering my 20’s and I also never thought what kind of 30’s I would like to have.”

Then, related to the title of the song [Wild at heart], what part of yours that you think wild?

“I kept thinking about it while filming (the interview conducted after the filming). I’m sure this question will be asked (lol). I wonder where the wild part of me that is. Conversely where is it do you think?”

You have a calm image because you are delicate. But honestly don’t you hide your wild part?

“It’s not something surprising but actually it’s not a wild part (lol). I always think about it but it never come up, the word of wild or the thing that I do that make me look wild, so I never have any interest about it. Speaking of wild member is Jun-kun, I think. He has that image. I think that’s the image that he got from his role. He does boxing at the stage play and he has fighting scene in the dorama. With that definition of wild, if you look for that wild in my role, you won’t find it. For me, wildness is not necessary. Maybe there were parts of me that you could find but not for now (lol). You want to see? Then... please tell me about it a lot (lol).”

This time theme is peaceful so we shot under the nice blue sky while playing bubble soap. However what is peaceful for you?

“What is it... I think it’s not a work. It’s the location. I want to spend my days enjoying my works. “

Then who is the peaceful one? In the variety show Ninomiya & Ohno grope each other, the people who watch both of you an exquisite duet, feel peaceful. And do you feel peaceful too touching Ohno?

“Yes, it’s like that, right (lol), and let’s do that and wake up (lol). But it’s not a pleasant like that (lol).

Does Ohno-san always accept any kind of groping from Ninomiya?

“Even though he accepts it, it troubles me (lol). Wielding Ohno-san was started while the 5 of us lined up together and we often lined up side to side, I think. The other member also gives back any fun responses though. It’s natural when we line up (lol). Because we always together.”

Ninomiya spends peaceful days with the other member too. That kind of him, does he always spend days off with playing game like usual? We asked Matsumoto Jun and Sato Director who were at that time having interview for [Lucky Seven]’s [Seven color investigation FILE] and movie [GANTZ] respectively. “Won’t he get bored playing game like that?” said both of them worried.  

“I don’t get bored at all (lol). But because I’m the type who thinks that I won’t get bad at this game if I keep continue playing it, so I continue this!”

Terebi Monthly 2012.03 - Gekkan Arashi

As you all know, last March (11/03) was kinda dark for Japan because of earthquake and tsunami. Not only natural disaster but also nuclear explotion related problem in Fukushima. I still remember how shocked I was when I heard news about that. But 1 year has passed and life still goes on... must goes on! We can still recall how was it but we have to look forward and move on!! Ganbare Nippon!! And here we have... Ohmiya combi drawing glass!

 

The only one of Arashi’s glass in the world has completed!

Making original glass with colorful painting!

Continue from last theme “Dressing”, this time theme is “Glass”. Entrust the Art with the combination of Ninomiya & Ohno, they are making Multicolored original Glass!

 

The two Art project making individual glass successively for the second time!

N : This theme is Riida’s idea, right.

O : I thought carving a glass at first.

N : Eh?

O : I thought designing a glass would be fun but actually carving a glass was difficult. That’s why I chose glass painting. I didn’t know these techniques before.

N : But looking at the finish work, these kinds of cups could be sold, actually. 

O : I’m getting go in for painting glass with sponge. It’s good.

N : You said that you liked sponge, right.

O : I applied this technique to Sho-kun’s rock glass and it turned good.

N : It fits with Sho-chan.

O : Its title is Hard Rock Glass! Actually I intended to plaster it with black. With the punch line “A glass that you won’t know how much you had drank!” 

N : I see

O : I painted it with a sponge.

N : When you try to spread the draw from a thick line with sponge, it makes you satisfied (lol)

O : I feel good, you know, such as the grazing line. I would make it for myself at first, but because it was so detailed, it was disgusting in the middle of making it (lol).

N : For me, At first I thought to use 5 colors which represent member’s color. The theme is “ARASHI”. I got ahead in using red, yellow, green and blue, but there was no purple. Then Riida taught me to mix red and blue to produce purple but it was really hard.

O : That’s right. Balancing the amount of red and blue was hard. It wouldn’t turn into the color that you had thought.

N : AIBA is good, right? It feels pop!

O : That’s good. Feels like him (lol)

N : The title is “AIBA”. And For Matsujun is “Orenari no J”*

O : Those are good. Each of them is drawn with same pattern using a sponge.

N : And come to the end of this time one word, it’s “Sponge is amazing.”.

O : Amazing!

N : Riida, how this kind of work would be? Though we have to burn them first.

O : Do you mean a work that still need another step?? No.

N : After this it feels like there’s no spirit to make it again (lol).

O : It would be good if it finish soon.

N : Without going through another stage.

O : But I’m glad that I learned technique that I didn’t know before.

N : We are also experienced in art at flower arrangement.

O : Speaking of art, it’s us!

N : We produce anything without hesitation and taking too much time. They took pictures of us while we were concentrating with the art work.

O : We really had no hesitation. And I think the part of Nino’s art that exaggerating is good!

This part of Arashi is wild, what is it?

N : The most wild member of Arashi. Who is he, master Ohno?

O : I don’t know...., Jun-kun!

N : I think so. It’s Matsujun. He’s in charge of Wild or sexy part.

O : He has those images.

N : I think Aiba doesn’t have those part.

O : Aiba-chan can’t keep up with detail. The thing like when he pours water from a cup into other cup, he will spill it over (lol).

N : He’s bad at that part. I wonder if he had something he liked, he could deal with it?

O : Maybe. But the part when he spilled the water, that kind of Aiba-chan was a little wild (lol). I think Sho-kun is wild when he’s eating.

N : He turns into the God.

O : Like when he said “Hot!”. Isn’t it Nino’s speech wild?

N : It has been said that I used beautiful words. When I’m feeling wild, that thought always comes out from my mouth. Because I’m docile (lol). I have that kind of disease.

O : Oh... It was a disease! (lol) The wild part of me... I don’t have.

N : No, I think it’s your snore. I would understand the moment when I entered the greenroom. Was he sleeping or not (lol)

O : I don’t understand but it feels wild (lol).

N : I think the part of you that doesn’t know your self is wild too!

N : Riida’s speaking habit is “Un (Yes)”.

O : Un (lol).

N : “I want a holiday!”

O : Yes! Possible it was a scream of my heart or my speaking habit. For Nino, it’s “What a trouble!” (lol).

N : Indeed (lol). How about Sho-chan?

O : “Rice (food)!”

N : He often says “food!”. For Jun-kun, “This greenroom is a little cold!”

O : Hahahahaha (LOL) He said that!! Often!

N : Regards of any season, he always says that. What’s Aiba-san speaking habit?

Hanako 1013 - Nino

Hello March!! Regarding to my dissapointed in the last post... just forget it! ^^  Do you know why? I wonder you can find the answer her?? XDD It's been a long time since we had Nino at Hanako!! Enjoy it!! Ah... Btw if I'm not mistaken, Nino have told that he received a salty chocolate hanging on his door knob from a girl when he was a first grader, right?

 

We made a surprise!

On popular project (VIP Limousine), Ninomiya-san rarely says “How do you do?” to even an actress who rarely appears on variety program. It’s a proof that as an actor, he has been co-starring with many actresses. Even to this episode guest, he called Kimura Tae-san, “Tae-chan”.

“That’s because Tae-chan is Tae-chan, right. If I called her “Kimura-san”, it feels cold.”

Then, Arashi-san spent their busy days during New Year’s holiday as usual started from Dome tour, did you take a day-off?

I took day-off on New Year day and spent my time at ease. I went to my parent’s house and got back at home by 6pm. And then I spent the night drinking wine while watching television. When you drink alone, you will get drunk fast (lol). I didn’t do anything New Year-ish but I could relaxed. Having a tour on the next day was really fun.  We celebrated Sho-chan’s birthday in Fukuoka because January 25th is his. We decided to celebrate his birthday because this year is his turning point and we never held a concert in the end of January before.  We celebrated it as a surprise!

I don’t remember about it~ I don’t have any memory received many chocolate from my classmate. Maybe I got some of gratitude chocolate. “That’s true. It’s about you will or you won’t. It’s same with study. I’m the type of kid who made it if I tried, honestly (lol)."

“Maybe, it (the ball) would pass the ocean (grin). However, Tae-chan was really amazing. I also danced seriously so I got tired and became sleepy after that.”

The ARS TImes - FC#55

So... this is the last part of Family Club winter edition that I translated and the last post of February! ...... Lately I wasn't as excited as a year ago reading their articles. You know... it's like they are talking about the same thing again and again. I thought "Ah, I already knew about that thing!" or "They already talked about this!". Especially about Nino. Yeah... because I read almost all Nino's articles. >.< I think the reason I keep continue this translation thing is because I want to learn japanese more. And also because of those charming, amazing, cool, sparkling pictures XDDDDD Hmm... still I could find something new and interesting... I wish they still appeared in Myojo and others regularly. You know... they exposed Arashi more than anything... XDDDD

This New Year, It was like there was no day that we couldn’t watch Arashi on television. It’s like a rush leap and bound program so we couldn’t keep up with it.

A : It was really hard to keep up with (lol). Even us, we haven’t watched them all yet.

S : For [VSA SP] on January 3rd, we had a concert on the same time.

N : We did concert in Osaka on 3rd.

Then, All of you haven’t watched Riida’s dorama [Mou, Yuukai nante shinai], have you?

M : I recorded it but haven’t watched it yet.

A : Me too. I haven’t watched it yet.

O : (to Sakurai & Matsujun) Both of you appeared!

M : So you watched it?

O : Yes, I did. Because I got the edited version.

M : Did I appear, properly?

O : Yes, but just for a moment.

M : I see. My character was not important (lol). Sho-kun was ok because of his character as butler.

S : Even I only appeared for half minute as fortuneteller. I was worried if my role was delivered to the audiences or not (lol).

O : You changed from a fortuneteller to a butler in a moment. After that I whispered “Magician?”, made it hard to understand.

S : Eh? Really?

M : I received a call from a friend of mine who usually do not watch television on New Year.  And also they sometime said “Because the magazine cover is Arashi!” (lol). It was a grateful thing where we are allowed to appear on many programs.

A : That’s true. And it became a great deal too for fans.

N : They must be really busy, too!

Then you started the New Year with a live concert.

M : I’m glad that we were able to start it with concert. It was our first job together in this year. And for the people who came, they were on New Year’s mood. Moreover, it fit with the opening word “Happy New Year!” full of New year spirit.

When this bulletin is delivered, Aiba-chan’s movie where he is appointed as Navigator [Nihon Rettou...] will be released.

A : Yes. It will be released in February 4th.

S : Speaking of Aiba-kun’s movie, is it okay to watch it with the motivation to watch the animals? Or should we go to hear Aiba-kun’s voice?

Then, at that time, Matsujun’s high praise dorama [Lucky Seven] will be aired.

S : I look forward to it. But I feel lately it was not like a Monday dorama style, right? I think the love story is not the main factor anymore.

M : That’s true. There’s no love story in this dorama.

S : Eh? It doesn’t really have any love story?

S : Yeah... that’s bad. If there’s no any love story, Aiba starts growing his fang.

A : There must be any love story, right!

M : I see. I see. But because we are challenging to make a different line with Monday 9pm series, so please understand (lol).

N : It happened sometime, right?

A : If you told me earlier, I could understand!

O : There are action scenes, right?

M : Yes, there are.

N : I watched it on the spot news, Jun-kun’s fighting in half naked.

O : That’s right. I watched it too.

M : There are quite a lot of action scenes for episode 1 and 2. I’m working hard for the filming!

That means Arashi will sing the soundtrack.

M : That’s right. Please check it at the dorama.

S : It’s the first single in 2012. Nice song. And also it’s unusual for Arashi use “Ore” in the lyric.

N : It’s not “Boku”?

S : Yes. It feels like a new side of Arashi such as “Arashi will say “Ore” in 2012!”. Moreover it’s already decided that the 5 of us will do a great job [24 hours television]. While doing our own job and looking forward to that day... it’s not that simple? We never had this kind of year. We need more than half year to complete one project.

N : Yes. We had already announced it and many people already knew so it became easier to move. It’s easy to deal with if we already understood each other feeling.

S : The timing (as personality) is fit with Athena, Peking, and London Olympic.

N : That’s right. It was like we had a feeling of Olympics.

O : There will be [24 hours TV] and autumn will be coming soon after that... and than one year will already passed and after that 2013, right?

M : You already counted for 2013!?

O : I think this year will be fast too. It’s like a blink of time.

M : I hope it will be a good year.

Theme : smile, greenroom, friendship shot, member's body part

Regarding to the last time “theme” recruiting, I have received more than 200 subscriptions. Thank you very much! The results are many subscriptions about “smile”, “friendship shot”, “greenroom”. And then there are also who requested “Member’s body part”. I really understand what you want to see. So it means you have been paying attention to me, right. I don’t have to go out somewhere far away, right. You had worked hard thinking about an easy spot to take pictures for me. Thank you.

So in accordance with previous message, I will take pictures the most get requested! The first is Ohno-san’s ear. It’s “part” series. I also have Sho-san’s ankle. I asked Sho-san “Ah, Sho-san! Can I use your ankle’s picture?” and he answered “The one you took before? No problem!” Thank you Sho-san~ (lol). As I thought, It’s hard to recognize his ankle and others, right? Think it simply, it’s hard to tell. Because every time you see us, we wear shoes. But isn’t it good to be able to see them, it is. Next is Jun-kun. (Matsujun himself explained the picture. “I heard that the theme is “Friendship shot” so I tried to remember a very original photoset picture!”. As we would expected from him.  The object had worked hard. Next is Ohno-san who was watching television (fishing program) at greenroom. It’s the moment of his insistence expression (regarding to mackerel ecology), right? And then Aiba-san’s bottom. I wonder if I can use this? Eh, I can’t? ... because this is precious cut. I have tried to take many things this time. The finest award goes to... hmm (he is confused while looking at the pictures) this one, I think. Even though there is a picture the master (ochan) was looking at glance to the camera (lol). But I think honestly that this Aiba-san’s smile is the best shot. Of course I also like this smiling Matsujun’s picture. But after all the finest is Aiba-san’s smile, right!

Hereafter I will put my best to take pictures that you really wish. Please send me your wish “I want you take this kind picture!” I intend to take whatever you want to see continuously for a long time. Eh... it’s just not about what you want to see? Is it the time for me taking what I want to see? I see. Let’s do this someday, before no one knows.  How many times we have been doing this project? Is this the fifth? Then  for many years we’ve been doing this? 3 years. ... isn’t it good! I see! Let’s do this on the 8th!
